He points you inwards so that you may realize. There is a brilliant Sanskrit word that describes a coach aptly, Acharya: One who walks with you by your side. Timothy Gallwey defines Performance as Potential less Interference. Interference can only be removed with awareness. Only you can create that awareness, no outsider.
